Laura King has worked in the field of emergency response since 1996. She earned her masters degree in 2008 with a thesis on proactive stress management techniques for emergency response personnel. She went on to earn her doctorate in 2012 on work/life balance issues. Since that time Laura has worked as a stress management consultant at a clinical practice. In her work with clients, Laura blends natural healing and a holistic treatment approach with traditional methods to help individuals manage stress and improve their quality of life. Laura has traveled the country for speaking engagements discussing how to manage stress and increase wellness.
